BlazeDVD offers viewers a fairly good video picture and excellent audio quality, simulating the sound of the theater. With improved video resolution, BlazeDVD would be a much more competitive software package.
BlazeDVD includes a variety of features in its software package, including the ability to set parental controls, bookmark your favorite scenes, and play movies directly from the hard drive easily (select the folder and press the play button.)

BlazeDVD houses a very simple navigation system. Once the system is installed, you may play the movies directly from either DVD or hard drive.
We experienced no problems or complications during setup and installation of BlazeDVD.
The video quality of BlazeDVD is very good, but the resolution lacks the sharpness of higher-ranked products.
BlazeDVD has excellent audio quality, offering multi-channel support, Dolby Digital, LPCM (Linear Phase Code Modulation), and the ability to play Microsoft DirectSound.
BlazeDVD includes a limited amount of help documentation with the player. The website presents a FAQs segment, or you may email technical support.
BlazeDVD is a very good DVD player software product, offering useful features and a friendly navigation system. The program has the ability to play a number of media formats (including VCD and SVCD), however, due to discrepancies between the screen and image size, BlazeDVD frequently leaves half of the screen blank.
